I meant to write 'enjoyed' last time. The staff are wonderful, and the prices in the bar are fair (one time I had 2 guests, and we had 2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only cad$13.00! And the apples at the front desk are very welcome. Since i've stayed there 14 days in three separate visited over the last 3 1/2 weeks, you may conclude i love the hotel. The staff are attentive and friendly. The rooms are clean, well appointed and comfortable.

They stored our bags for a couple of days which was really useful. Still a problem with too-slow elevators and the desk being too high to be useful and safe as a bed-side table. Also, the in-room mini-bar charges for water and soft drinks is ridiculous, as well as int. Tel. Charges (CAD$18/first minute to Israel? Really?). Actually, i had no complaints of any sort. Nothing. Hotel lobby rather dark and rooms especially bathroom was a bit dated considering the price range of the hotel. Restaurant was also dated looking. Hallways and elevators are looking a little worn. Having to pay extra for wireless connection by the hour or by the day. For what the room costs per night this should not be required. Expensive but that's what you get booking last minute tickets and a room for tiff. Hairs found in bathroom shower stall. Cleaned when mentioned it. No free Internet access.No follow up to if everything was Ok after calling about hairs in shower. Opening hours of the bar. Fixture over bathtub hanging down exposing wires. Bathroom floor dirty. The bathroom was a little dated. none. Cost of wine was very high compared to local restaurant where same bottle of wine was twenty dollars more!! We drank mainly at other locations. Why no area for people travelling on business at top of this form? I am having to select one option even though it is not correct!! I am selecting Solo traveller - I am actually a business traveller travelling with 4 other other colleagues. Nothing. Nothing. the roomservice food wasn't great... I was directly across from the elevator which was unfortunate as Saturday night there was a wedding and lots of running and yelling in the hallway that went on for quite some time. NO CLUB LOUNGE - and this information was not made clear on the website. We booked a room expecting to have use of the club (with our Ambassador card) - and they didn't have one!!.
