The hotel was extremely close to the Vienna city center, easily accessible, and the staff was extremely helpful in helping us make arrangements before and during our stay. - Nice location, great breakfast, very polite and helpful staff and clean room without any noise. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. Excellent studio apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was great to be so central and be able to walk to most of the sites.
