The staff is very friendly. The apartment is very conveniently located right in the heart of Vienna. We lived 9 days and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Many thanks to the Alp and his staff for organizing our temporary residence! We have very pleasant and warm memories of our stay in Vienna, as of we were so well met in the apartment and our trasnfer was organized from and to the airport. We had no any problems with it.
