Absolutely LOVED this hotel!!! It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children. This hotel really did the trick. Excellent location, as well!! Staff was wonderful - very accommodating. The airline lost our luggage and the staff were just as diligent in helping us find it.

The location is fabulous - walking distace to everything. Breakfast should have been inc. Minor issue with room key cards - failed on 2 consecutive days. In house services quite expensive but probably like other hotels in Vienna. Would not stay at this hotel if paying full published room rate. Felt that it was worth the Booking.com rate but not more.the metro in night time was driveing near my window and make me wake.
