We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. Climate control was the best I've ever had abroad, with separate (and effective!) controls for the bedroom and living area. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. all reviews » The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing. The hotel is well located, close to the subway station, and lots of the city cites. The cute reception guy is really helpful, he gave us some good suggestions about the stuff we want to buy. The apartment we live is great, with a kitchen and all kinds of cooking stuff inside. This is one of the best hotel I have stayed over the 2 weeks in Europe. You have to carry your stuff up several steps to get to the lift. They should put in a ramp. When I was making booking on letsbookhotel.com it was information, that breakfast was included, but it wasn't. That's the only thing. One small item. There was 2 complementary bottles of beer in the fridge. The previous occupant had drunk most of the contents of one bottle and replaced the cap on it!. The hallways and elevator area need to be painted and cleaned. When I was going to the room I was concerned as to what I would find, but than the room was perfect. I am wondering why the hallways are not kept as nice. Everything was perfect. Regulating the temperature of the flat was difficult. A smell from bathroom. But the same in other places in Vienna in general. A little more expensive than a hotel, but if you don't mind the extra cost it is a great place to stay for several days. Nothing to complain of. a supermarket nearby so the well appointed kitchen could be used. Decor esp. the paintings in the room is not really my cup of tea. The toilet is a separate room from the bathroom. 1- The elevator was rediculously small. 2- No restaurant. Staff apart from one young man were a bit brisk. Nothing. Price is expensive. Not well enough signed. Pillows are dreadful - more air than substance and not sufficient. Would be good to give visitors a sheet listing items which they can borrow as I nearly bought a new adaptor plug - I was lent one which was wonderful. Nothing. The reconstraction works are begining near the appartments. So untill 8.00 a.m impossible to sleep, even on saturdays and sundays So if you like to wake up late, you have to look something else. The windows of our room where to inside garden, so no view at all. The slow elevator. Little mistake on the charges on my credit card but no big deal it was sorted out (:. The cleaning of apartment in the afternoon and linen unchanged during 5 days. Would have liked single bed option. Renovation going on near the main entrance gate. the only thing that we did not like, was the lack of a filter for coffee machine. nothing. Works in the morning in the street below. nothing. No starter pack - tea coffee milk. difficult to find.
