All staff we talked to were friendly and welcoming. They helped us decide on a tour by providing suggestions for us to consider -no pressure. The exercise room was adequate and there was a computer with free internet. The sauna and steam room had music and lounging chairs, afridge with free water; robes and slippers were provided. Great breakfast buffet and elegant surroundings. The close proximity to the city centre and the convenience to all tourist attractions makes this location ideal for all guests. The luxury and comfort with excellent staff who make you feel welcome in this beautiful hotel will always draw me back on my visits to Vienna.

Although the hotel offers free internet access to guests, they only had one computer and because the hotel was very busy, it was constantly occupied and you could only use it if you were prepared or had time to wait, which sometimes could be quite some time. I suggest at least one more computer should be provided or limit guests to a certain amount of time during busy periods.the piano bar could have stayed opened for little longer. There is a lack of tea/coffee set in the room.One of the neighbours, but it's an other deal. Very hot at night, air-conditioning system did not appear to work. the rooms are rather small. Room heating not controlable by guest - very strange. Lift veryvery slow.Whilst access to the internet was provided it was always occupied when I would have liked to use it. Another computer would have been useful. Another computer with internet access. it had only gym facilities.
