When I first arrived, I thought I had made a mistake. I had booked a"cheap" hotel to save money. But I walked in and it was one of thenicest experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Blazing fast wirelessinternet - for free!(In Vienna a big deal.) Very helpful staff. Coffeepots and coffee. Well above my expectations in every single way. The staff availability, the preoccupation to offer the accommodation conditions I liked, ...even if the 2 persons apartment I had was just I needed, the fact I appreciate most is the team of the reception desk. They prove not only professionalism, but a natural politeness and availability. A respect for each client is observable.
all reviews » I asked for a quiet room and it was very quiet (heaven), at breakfast I asked for necterines and they were ordered for the next day. Staff very helptul. We intend to return in the future at christmas and without a doubt will stop at Carlton Opera. The temp of the room was too much, and we can1t control it. The jar to make coffee in the room was dirty. Try not to stay on 2nd floor because it is a big room, but too noisy on the morning.The rrom was very small but OK for what I needed. old towels in the bathroom with bed smell. Plumbing was a bit noisy. The maintenance of the room was not perfect. Only one computer for checking e-mails. The breakfast was rather plain, but correct.
