The hotel staff couldn't do enough for you and every day when we arrived back from tours/excursions they give us fruit or cake as a complimentary service. We took the train down from Hanoi and arrived at the hotel at 8.30am, they invited us to have some breakfast and apologised that our room wasn't ready even though we were the ones that were early
... what people say » ! When we left Miss Vietnam was arriving to stay! - The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had fresh fruit and flowers in the room each day. The hotel is very close to the centre of Hue with lots of restaurants nearby. Free internet access in the lobby and a lovely buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

The staff at Jade Hotel are extremely friendly and eager to help. We

pagoda and citadel on motorbikes and our onwards car journey to Hoi An,
as prices were very reasonable. Each if these tours were excellent. We
