  The hotel staff couldn't do enough for you and every day when we arrived back from tours/excursions they give us fruit or cake as a complimentary service. We took the train down from Hanoi and arrived at the hotel at 8.30am, they invited us to have some breakfast and apologised that our room wasn't ready even though we were the ones that were early... what people say » ! When we left Miss Vietnam was arriving to stay! - The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had fresh fruit and flowers in the room each day. The hotel is very close to the centre of Hue with lots of restaurants nearby. Free internet access in the lobby and a lovely buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

  I arrived after the experience of the cities and traffic in Vietnam and the first thing I noticed was how quiet this place was. The only sounds heard were birds, crickets and small fishing boats pottering past maybe twice a day, I hadn't felt this relaxed in a long time. Me and my partner had the bungalow with private pool which was the most beaut... what people say » iful room I had ever stayed in. Every night we returned to our bungalow there would be incense by the door, curtains closed and mosquito netting round - This place blew our mind and ruined us for other resorts. Amazingly beautiful and peaceful and at a decent price. We had a deluxe room on the water with an astonishing view. The room, the bathroom, well just about everything was of the highest standard. Breakfast was included and was good. Because it's quite out of the way (Hué is at half an hour ride away) - you'll probably dine or have lunch at their restaurant, which has excellent food.
