  Valentine hotel has a very friendly manager and staff in general. The room and the whole hotel was very clean and tidy, the room spacious and well organised. The manager was not pushy into organised trips as in many places before but very helpful and willing to offer the best.   Stayed here for 3 nights. Really awesome hotel. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended. Great location. Rooms are spacious, very cosy and clean. They rent scooters which is highly recommended for getting around town. Paid $8 per day, I'm sure you might find cheaper places in town but if you rent with them, you know you're not getting ripped... what people say » off (which happens a lot in se Asia unfortunately). Had a problem with my bike, they fixed it immediately and even gave me a $5 discount at the end ( - The staff at Jade Hotel are extremely friendly and eager to help. We booked everything through the hotel, including city tour of tombs, pagoda and citadel on motorbikes and our onwards car journey to Hoi An, as prices were very reasonable. Each if these tours were excellent. We arrived to Hue early in the morning by overnight train, and were offered a welcome breakfast which was lovely.   This hotel is great! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They can assist with anything you need; boat trips, tours, sightseeing advise. Absolutely anything and all with a big friendly smile. We rented a really good motorbike and explored lots of very local villages and watched the farmers harvesting the rice on there suggestion and it was great... what people say » . We stayed for a week and it was fantastic, the breakfast is great and plentiful so it's just as well the hotel has no lift. When we left we felt lik - This hotel is the best i've ever stayed. The people is really helpfull, the accomodations are very nice, everything is clean. Is the only one i've stayed with a bath. They have a really good breakfast included. Help you with everything you need, call for you to the bus companies, for tours, etc Offer you water and tea, all the time. Well come drink and fruit. I really loved it and really recommend it!

  I stayed for one night at the Four Seasons in December 2013 and had an amazing time there. Michael (the owner) picked me up at the train station for free, and Laura/Trang (his wife) received me with a great breakfast.   Stayed 3 nights in the hotel ($16 a night). Had the front facing room which has a tiny balcony but it was so hot, never had the desire to use it! Room was nice and spacious with the only strange thing that the TV was at a 90 degree angle to the bed so hard to watch. Bathroom was nice with a clean bathtub but water pressure was low. The best part about this hotel is the staff. - The Amigo Hotel is as the name suggest a very friendly hotel. Although many rooms do not have windows the rooms are comfortable and tastefull. The also recommended a very good and cheap restaurant around the corner that served Vietnamese and western food.They were very helpful and we enjoyed our one night in Hue

  When making the booking I mentioned which train we were arriving in on, in case it was going to be late and to my pleasant surprise the owner was there in the station waiting, with my name on a placard.
