The room was very comfortable with a great bed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the tour operator on site was also very helpful. The breakfast and high teas were terrific and always the food was made fresh. We could walk easily from the hotel to the centre of town, but taxis are always available as well. Certainly recommend hotel for others and for any future stay.

Very convenient for city adventure. you can find lots of backpackers around you because the hotel is located right there in the backpacker district. Thus you can find everything you need in walking distance. We just love it. Hotel staffs were nice and helpful and speak good English. Highly recommend. for backpackers.

The room was very comfortable and the shower was great (good water
pressure and temperature). The location was great for many restaurant
choices and is next door to Apocalypse Now (bar/club) - if
you're into that sort of scene. The breakfast buffet (included in
the room rate) was also pretty good. I also liked that we were able to
use our credit card at this hotel. I thought it was a really good hotel
for $40/night in District 1.

This place is rated highly for good reason. The An An Hotel is in a great location next to hotel alley and the room(s) I stayed in on a few occasions on the 6th and 7th floor were quiet, clean, well air-conditioned, spacious and pretty luxurious for the price. The location of this hotel is among the best you can get in Saigon. It is next to one of the most famous shopping streets, close to Sheraton (great rooftop bar with happy hour 4-6.30) and to Grand hotel.
