The 2nd best - and best value hotel - in a 2 month tour of Korea and Vietnam. (The best was also in HCMC but cost 3 times as much.) - Great location would be one of the main attraction.   I rather liked the OTT style of the rooms with wonderful (if somewhat large!) furniture and lots of gold - kind of reminicent of Versailles...only the room was far smaller and it in Versailles the gold is leaf, not paint!
