the staff was really welcoming and friendly, they called to confirm our arrival time and were really quick and efficient. I have stayed at rotana apartments a few times before and will continue to book rooms with them. they also upgrade to two bedrooms if available. excellent service. will definitely recommend to friends and family. Very clean, tea & coffee provided, I was personally shown into the flat which was a nice touch (many aparthotels just email an entry code) and it had a lovely open balcony. I was upgraded free of charge to a 2 bed flat because a pipe burst in the studio apartment I had booked... I really can't fault the flat OR customer service!.
