We could not fault this hotel in any way. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable and the food and service was excellent. A perfect location across from Old Trafford with easy access by bus to the Trafford Centre. We very much enjoyed our stay. all reviews » on arrival we were greated by a really friendly girl at reception who gave us loads of her time , unrushed approach and more than helpful when we needed extra bed linen to make up childs bed. The food was excellent but we feel we must give special mention to the Chef and a particular waitress who I believe was Justine Steel, she was excellent and made our stay very enjoyable. The staff were extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble and that was ALL staff. The restaurant menu was marvellous and there was nothing about our stay that we didn't like. Staff were very friendly, the hotel was very clean and the rooms are a good size, ensuite with power shower plus excellent view of Salford Quays. Parking facilities were good, staff were very helpful with city centre directions and buses. Pleasant restaurant and efficient staff. It was very close to Old Trafford, the staff were really friendly, thehotel was clean and quiet and the breakfast was lovely too.Clean, modern appearance of the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. It was also fairly quiet during the weekend we stayed there (few guests, no football match either), except for a bass drum from the bar across the street on Saturday evening (not too disturbing). Staff was generally friendly and helpful.This was the second time I stayed here and whenever I'm in the area either for bussines or pleasure I would stay here. Just a 9 pound taxi ride from the centre of manchester or a short walk to the tram. The hotel is very modern and clean, trendy. Ideal for business trips or a nice weekend as a couple. I requested a room over looking the stadium so the view from our room was brilliant too. evey thing requested was done no problem for us.i was in manchester for a utd game so the location was perfect .also it was good location for travelling for shopping too.the hotel was spotless and staff very friendly and helpful. The Location could not be faulted - for Metrolink services, for following the best football team and also to visit the Trafford Shopping Centre.The room was fantastic. Skinny chips!. On one occasion there was cigarette smoke seeping in from a neighbouring room or the ventilation system - not too pleasant.Breakfas a bit overpriced. The room was excellent but cold on our arrival, this was sorted by the time we returned later in the day.Didn't appear to have a telephone no. for reception for enquiries.Just the noise in the room which kept me awake most of the night. Shame, as the beds are just so comfy!! Couldn't work out where it was coming from, but did inform the hotel on the comments card when checking out. restaurant food could be improved. None. There were no brochures for information about tourist attractionsin the area. TV too small. No movie options. not about the hotel but other people staying there appeared o have no consideration fro other guests and were noisy at times during the night going back to their rooms and also on the car park.position, far from city centre and metro station.
