The staff at the hotel were very friendly, the room was very comfortable, with alot of facilities in the room, everything was thought about. The Steakhouse at the hotel is excellent, service is very prompt, Breakfast is also excellent!. Everything. Have stayed many times and cannot fault it. For what it is it should have 6 *. Staff are brilliant. Very clean and to a good standard. The breakfast was great as were the staff...would definately stay there again.This hotel is A1;food,service and cleaness all excellent.I will be going back. Great hotel, great location. Staff friendly and hotel was cosy and homely.Steak was amazing. Food overall was very good and the rooms were huge. friendly staff, clean, excellent breakfast and good location. It took me 25 minutes to raise someone at 10:30p.m. to open the door so I could get to my room. Getting a hairdryer from reception.Road noise. noisy floor boards, and peoples movement above. They didn't have a kids menu for meals.Don't think its right to charge the same price for adults meals and kids ones. only one point - the hotel was very hot, heating could have been turned down a little. The floor creak and the walls are thing - I woke up at 1.30 and soent two hours listening to the man nect door snoring :o((. Did not think the room was worth £85 for the one night considering we did not book in until approx 15.30 and left the next morning at 8.30 am however I did enjoy my stay - may look for something a little cheaper next time which is a shame - as I say a little too expensive.I dont think there is much insulation in the floor as we were woken up at 3.30am by the people above walking about and putting on the tv - only negative point- would only stay again if on top floor. The trouser press did not work. being so close to the main road the noise of the cars kept me awake through the night. Leaving at 11am. Not allowed to leave the car in their car park the day of a football match unless you stayed another night. One of the rooms were slightly too warm and a larger fan would have been useful.Don't like the locks on the rooms which do not lock automatically. Rooms too hot. On my request to stay in the car park while I went to the man utd match I was told that I couldn't leave my car in the car park. That the people staying that night had paid a lot more money than me. I was shocked that they didn't value my custom.They should advertise that if you stay the night before a cgame that you can't use thier car park. The whole point of me booking this hotel was its location!!!!. Corridors where bit like a maze. it is not air-conditioned and it didn't say anything during booking so we had to open the window to get the cool air outside but get the noisy traffic instead.unfriendly staff. No hairdryer in room, water dripping through ceiling in restaurantduring breakfast. No hot water for shower. Tried the tap every way. Receptionist said Are you sure you are operating the tap correctly?' And then went on to say 'We always get complaints about that rooms shower!' Put a notice in room 20 re shower operation, or lack of it please.

Leave the m60 at Junction 7 (a56 Chester Road). Follow signs for Manchester United Football Club. After approximately 1.7 miles turn left into Ravenswood Road, then first right onto Chorley Street and second right takes you onto Chesters car park.
From the East and West -
take the M62 to M60 Junction 7 and then follow above directions. By train from Manchester Piccadilly Station, you can take the Metro Link (tram), which is located within the main station, to 'Old Trafford'. We are approximately 10 minutes walk from this stop.
