What was particularly annoying was that every time this happened I had to queue up at reception with people checking in and had to wait up to 10 minutes even though the staff must have known what it was about by the end.location in an industrial estate, no signs of help find the hotel as other hotels had. The price on our second night was higher because of the concert at old trafford. other guests were a little noisey at night. the noise of people walking around above my room. The room wasnt ready when we arrived we were waiting aroung for an hour. Checkout wasn't until 12 midday yet we had cleaners knocking on our door at 8.30. Also we were unable to purchase food of any sort on our return Friday evening. Buffet style pre-cooked breakfast. Poor info in room re how to adjust heating.The reception staff particularly in the evening were terrible and extremely rude. Our key card did not work and we were blamed for it!! We also called to book an extra night, were told by the hotel they had no rooms then when we rang the reservations call centre there were rooms. The evening restaunt staff didnt know what they were doing, and gave us the wrong bill. Not good value for money. Breakfast was not even included.The £5 charge for parking seems a bit cheeky, maybe it should be added to the price to avoid the unpleasant surprise. smallish rooms. no heat in the rooms. Bit far away from town centre. bathroom was cold. Initially informed that there were no dobule rooms as the hotel was full. I explained that I had booked a double room as per email confirmation. Eventually upgraded to a larger double room.Location was in an industrial estate. The room smelt of cigarette smoke and £5.35 for a glass of wine. not separeted bed in twinroom. Where it was situated, would not say it was walking distance to Old Trafford Football ground. N//A. I asked for my room to be serviced at 4.00PM and had to ask them again at 5.00PM. we had to settle for a smoking room - despite booking the hotel room over 3 months ago, the hoel cancelled my booking on the morning of our stay (we were travelling over 300 miles). staff need more trainig made a lot of mistakes with customers bills. staff were very polite.
