Its a good value hotel, fairly basic, but better than many other budget hotels. Clean, air conditioning, a lift (lots of hotels without these last two!), and close to the central line and circle line. proximity to Hyde Park and having one bed apartment with excellent bathroom and shower and kitchenette. Great location, I was lucky to have a room with a roof terrace! Good value for money.

For London on a busy weekend (Hyde Park concert) it was good value for money, air con worked, bed comfy and easy access in to hotel. Walking distance to most city attractions. Close to metro and paddington station. Location. poor maintenance of lift and tired look of rooms minimal comfort in lounge. nothing. There were spikes in the shower. All of a sudden, there could be a splash of extremely hot water. Maintenance reqiured due to leaking water from above and shower head holder broken. Replaced closet with a kitchen, yet you had no where to eat, though if your budget conscious. It does save on restaurant bills. lift. tired, everything broken, cant control radiator, no protecter underneath sheet or pillowcase, difficult to get into fridge, awkward getting into room. nothing negative to report. the fixtures and fittings were not well maintained. First room lock didn't work properly and the blind/ curtain was stuck up with gaffer tape. Hotel moved us to better room - second room bedside light broken and bathroom fittings wobbly. Failure to repair electrical problems despite being asked: failure to repair the lift despite being reported by us. In fact, maintenance problems (even when the problem is potentially dangerous) does not seem to be very high on their agenda. The room is small The noise is high. Expensive parking, about 20£ a day.no tea or coffe making facilities although kitchen was there. The frige made much noise, I readed some complaints months ago for this, but they had not repaired yet. Some lights didn't work and the windows let all outside noise. las ventanas dejan pasar todo el ruido exterior. Shower did not work correctly nor did the sink. No remote to TV, reported as missing to reception but they did little to resolve the issue Very very basic room for the money charged, Triple Studio was more like a very small hotel room with an extra bed squeezed in. Although room was cleaned daily and I suspect we had one of the better rooms after reading the reviews( 1 bedroom apartment)) there was a damp and musty smell which was unpleasant . We stayed out all day and used the room just to sleep . The window sills outside were filthy- mouldy and lots of rubbish- easy for them to clean and would have made such a difference to overall cleanliness. Beds were garfish and slightly uncomfortable. Broken shower door, bad wiring for hairdrier, bad wiring on bedside lamp, some bulbs blown in ceiling, filthy fan in bathroom.
