The staff was great. The hotel was clean and convenient to manydifferent forms of transportation including the train, busses and only16 euros by taxi to rome's center. It is less than a 5 minute walk fromthe train station and super convenient if you are going or coming fromthe cruise ships at civitavecchia. The room was very clean and comfortable (with a nicec TV and other facilities), although not very big. Breakfast was very good, as well as the staff. Excellent location (restaurants, shops, metro stations all around).

Was quite noisy- person staying upstairs stomped about all night and there was a squeaky floorboard that made this sound worse. The staff. 3 out of 4 employees I saw behind the desk lacked naturalfriendliness/ were quite indifferent: never a smile, no openapproach,etc. I recommend videotraining for staff! The one behind thedesk at tuesday 21 october(daytime) was a positive exception. Wi-fisystem in room had weak signal-->extremely slow internet. Very narrowroom.No possibility to hang towels other than over the chair. Rooms are very small, although this may be true for all hotels in London. The shower in my room was half falling off the wall and would only produce cold water. Not a good thing in the middle of winter in London!. struggled to access wifi network in room or lobby. very boring and very limited breakfast. The beds were terrible - you could feel the springs. However, second room beds were not that bad. Although i have reserved a deluxe room and not a standard, but the receptionist during my check in, informed me that Booking.com have made a mistake and that there is no standard rooms in the hotel, only deluxe and superior, so he gave me the lowest standard of rooms in the hotel although i am paying for higher std.There were no internet in my floor although i have chosen the hotel for such reason. room far to hot. and no lounge bar. You must clean or replace carpets - very grubby!. staff were boring....no energy. did not express any customer service or appreciation at all. double bed was two singles placed together and I hate that. Our room was too small and there was no bed covers on the bed. Breakfast very basic as were the other services.the bed was poor lumpy matress breakfast wasn't great shower was small and hard to use. better ventilation. No hot water for a shower Toilet/wash basin cubicle to small. The room was very small and there was no hairdryer when there was supposed to be. Only 2 teabags a day was not enough.room window faced a wall. Staff not friendly. One think ruined my stay here and that was an extremely uncomfortable bed - the springs could be felt through the mattress, which was obviously very poor quality or very old. The very limited selection of foods for the continental breakfast, both my partner and myself have a variety of food intolerences which were not catered for at all.letsbookhotel.com stated it was an excutive room however it was smaller than a normal hotel room (couldn't swing the cat). The showr in the single room far too small.
