Room was very clean and having a fridge was an added bonus. Greatlocation and helpful staff at Reception/Concierge desk. One has toconsider that one normally pays a lot for a little in most of London, soin retrospect this hotel is one of the great bargains. It was easy to find from Bayswater tube station, it was a very good room for very little money. very good location and access, friendly staff, very fair price for quality of accommodation.

Other thing, I couldn t get as much cheese as I would like during the breakfast ... that is ridiculous and a very poor economy to have someone to control the amount of cheese or ham that a guest can eat. more fhacigities needed. The front desk has a "reception" and "concierge" counter. I got nearly no help from either desk when I noticed I had forgotten my toothpaste from my long travel day's trip from California. They told me to walk a few blocks to go buy some. And the room had no phone book to locate local services, so when I asked for a local phone book I was told they didn't have one to provide to me. How hard is it?. No ac. If room became stuffy, we opened the window and propped open thedoor to the ACed hallway. Street side rooms very noisy due toconstruction. Very basic decor, extremely small bathroom and poor breakfast-bad coffee old danish etc.We particularly didn't like the breakfast. A continental breakfast from our experience could well be more diverse, healthier and better served. They were constantly running out of plates, cups, even bread sometimes. Certainly there's room for improvement. Also, pillows were awful - flat and stiff. Only one thing wrong as i had o room with no windows.No Parking. Only two small things - plastic shower curtain and shampoo sachets you can,t open. Noise outdoor.

Central Park Hotel is approximately 10 minutes walk from Lancaster Gate London Underground station. Turn right outside Lancaster Gate and walk down Bayswater Road until you pass a petrol station on the right-hand side.
