Everything! The staff are great, good location, good value for money, etc. Helped me store a bicycle in their garage. Will go back again ... soon. Location is absolutely amazing! It's right beside The Vondel Park and in the middle of museum and fashion heaven. What I like the most was the service. Really friendly people alwayswilling to answer any question. The breakfast buffet was very good andthe place were it was taken was very nice. You could almost feel as youwere in a 4-5 star hotel. Very convenient location, walking distance to most points of interest. Design, very comfortable bed, quiet room, computers available lobby. Friendly staff. Windows not isolated perfectly, it took us some time to heat up the room (December). Water staying on the balcony. Room was a little dark, bur possibly that is normal in Amsterdam due to the narrow nature of all the buildings. I was charged additional "tourist tax" for each night I stayed at the hotel. I was not aware of this charge beforehand. WC brush missing, no view out of the window (wall of the next house). my room didn't have a bath. The single room was really small. room was too small. Two things; first, the room should have a ceiling fan or some other type of ventilation. It was quite warm. Second, the bed in our room( 137 - I believe) was not good. It slopes hard away from the wall to the center and then flattens out. This makes for a difficult sleep.The room was tiny and the noise isolation was not good. You canclearly hear someone walking in the corridor, talking, opening andclosing the door. very small room and extremely tiny bathroom. Access to your room was not easy, more than 10 attempts to scan the sensor with the card to open the door, it was frustrating. Noisy room, floor creeps when people walk past your room and that bloomin elevator was a nuisance, it woke me up a few times. Very poor. intrusive noise levels from people using the stairwell (especially in the mornings). Very small rooms. receptionist was a bit frosty. Poor quality of breakfast selection and breakfast overpriced. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Just a couple of small things: the design of the bathroom meant that using the shower got water all over the floor in the main bathroom area. The bedroom walls were a horrible colour.Quite expensive as it did not include breakfast. The room was really, really small.No wireless internet in rooms which was claimed in the hotel information on the booking site. Size of the room - I can not say I didn't like it, acctually I expected fair comfort not a luxury, but I want to highlight to all other users that rooms are clean but very small. A print facility would be good to accompany the Internet access in reception area. hotel staff were really poor and chill. Rooms in the old building are small and no wardrobe, but the ones in the new building are double size and very good. the rooms carpet. the size of the rooms compare it with its price. No good for runners. Single room too small. Lots of noise from other rooms. I had to pay more 50€ for a late check out.
