great place, very clean, very friendly people, nice bar, great location. my roommates were very nice and considerate, most people in by midnight and respectful of people needing to get up early, etc., not a bunch of loud partiers. one was even helpful when i got ill to the stomach. very good experience here (except the sick stomach part, but that's not their fault!). Comfortable, secure and clean - just what you need when travelling alone. Personnel. They were very friendly and helpful.location near city center, adjacent to park. very clean and great services and food. Hosteling is not for me, but I wouldn't have known if I hadn't tried it. Most other hostelers either stayed up all night in the room, or slept all day, meaning I couldn't use the room much. What I plan for next time is to travel with friends and book a whole four or six person room so we'll all be on the same schedule. like the reception.one lady called mariam,i guess she works on a morning shift.gud with her work.bless her.The place look really nice, great location and the staff was friendly. Even though it is the only time I have stayed in a hostel and didn't know exactly what to expect (i.e. the number of people in only one room), the staff helped me to feel less anxious through the whole experience. They were also kind enough to give me my breakfast to go because I left really early. . Terrible disapointing.there was no kitchen. get better beds. and wash the comforters/duvets more frequently. very noisy ventilation of WC and bathroom. Imposible to turn it off. I felt tired after the night in such a noisy enviroment.We booked sole occupancy and paid extra for security reasons but the hostel then allowed another to use the room when we were out. Nothing was taken but v disappointing. Rooms without windows to open, AC or ventilation are horribly uncomfortable in summer. thecards sometimes did't work. very difficult to locate the place. cleanness.
