The staffs are helpful and friendly. They provided useful information, no matter it's traffic, restaurants and tourist information, to me. very helpful staff. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. If you need anything at all they will help you immediately when possible. The bed and room was comfortable. Breakfast was available and on time. Easy access to the trams, restaurants, and above all the museums.

The problem is that the staff at reception change, and basically anyone could come in, ask politely for any room key, and get it. I'd have preferred to keep the key on me. would have been useful to have shampoo in bathroom especially when coming by air. smoking in the lobby. Noise from the street in the front rooms.Two single beds pushed together to make a double. I get very tired of hotels that only offer duvets in summertime. With the window open it was very noisy. Sleeping very stifling. c'est la vie.could use some updating. Fresh carpets - replace worn outside doormat. it was a disgrace how i was not informed about renovations taking place, resulting in no bar and loud drillinf very early in the morning.
