Excellent experience. The most hospitable and friendly stuff. Best value for your money (I personally felt like I was paying less than my stay's worth). Comfortable, clean and accommodating. You're in Amsterdam you're not supposed to stay in your hotel so the room's small size shouldn't matter . Personal story: I extended my room because I wanted to stay in Amsterdam one more night. i really like the hotel room, because it was bigger than i thought. maybe i was lucky, i had two beds even though i was alone :p.

We found our stay at the Acro Hotel to be very enjoyable. The Hotel was easy to find and situated on a very nice and quiet street but not too far away from the main road, making it easy for getting onto the trams. They also wanted to charge 3% on a debit card. Not on. I have stayed at the Acro 6 times now, however on my most recent visit i felt the rooms were not as clean as they have been before, with dirty marks on the walls - i feel some redecoration is required. I have no issues with the cleanliness of the bathrooms/floors etc but the general decoration being poor meant I felt the room was not as clean as it could have been.Apart from the manager, the rest of the staff need a lesson in customer service. too small room, the wifi access is not workable during my stay.
