  We lived in the apartment of the second floor. It was very comfortable with a special decoration with objects all over the world. The kitchen was very big with all the facilities for people who would like to cook and not eat outside. Living room was also very big with a big balkony door were you could see the old town. Even though we just had a room and not an apartment with a small kitchen, we got plates and cutlery without a problem. It is very close to the Old Town of Kotor (2mins walk) with a stunning view of the fortress. Large supermarket just opposite the apartment. ATMs everywhere in the area! Quiet at night time with no street noise. Perfect starting point for bay

There is a small and lovely beach in only 3 minutes walk distance, which I found much better than lots of official beach areas. The hosts are really friendly. In case we should visit Montenegro again, this place will be our first choice.

  We stayed in Per Astra for three nights and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is located on the hills with one of the most stunning views I have ever seen. The room was comfortable with nice decor and a big jacuzzi, very sophisticated and with a luxurious feeling. The breakfast and lunch was delicious, so tasty and well presented.... what people say » Also the staff was wonderful and really help us to make our stay as good as possible! I highly recommend this hotel and wish that we can go back soon - Hotel Per Astra commands a premium position in Perast, looking out over the beautifully preserved village to the Bay of Kotor and the Mountains which surround it. The hotel is well appointed, has friendly, helpful staff and provides free parking. The lovely pool terrace is also the venue for breakfast. A great way to start the day. We loved Perast and have no doubt we chose the best place to stay, even if it was a bit above our usual budget.

  The Hotel Vardar is in the city square in Kotor. Not far from the main entrance. It is a very nice hotel with wonderful staff. The rooms were luxurious and although a bit dark felt very elegant. The stay included a fabulous breakfast! The waiter was very helpful with the breakfast and with historical and city information. The location of the hotel... what people say » within the walled city is perfect. The city of kotor should not be missed. Parking is available and is not far from the hotel. We didn't have views f - I loved the location of the hotel and the availability of the staff. The rooms are very nicely furnished, the bathrooms are outstanding. The terrace outside of the hotel is one of the nicest places in Kotor to have coffe or glass of wine. The breakfast menu was really good, as well as the menu of the restaurant. A place to recommend!

  The hotel staff was simply outstanding! Because the hotel is in the old city of Kotor, parking and access is a bit of walk. Be aware that it is a cobble stoned city so it's difficult to carry a lot of luggage from the parking lot through the old city gates but the hotel staff was more than willing to take care of it for you.
