Our stay in the hotel casa del mare was very enjoyable.
very good location, the beach was just across the street from the hotel. there were comfortable sunchairs and the scenery over the bay was magnificant. the room we stayed in was of good size, the bed was nice and firm to sleep on just the way we like it. the reception staff was proffesional and helpful but the star of the hotel was Nikola( the waiter in the eating area). Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Very helpful family owners. They'd reserved us a double room instead of the twin we'd booked, but when we pointed out the mistake, they gave us a studio apartment at no extra cost. We'd ordered a taxi for 0630 in the morning as we had to catch a bus, and when it was late, the accommodation owner drove us to the bus station himself - very kind!

For its size this is one of the best places we have stayed. Nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful owner, who speaks excellent English. Great place to stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the owner was very accommodating and helpful - he both did a load of laundry for us and dropped is off at the bus station for no extra charge. The apartments are a few minutes away from the seaside promenade where there are several nice swimming areas and good restaurants. We ate some excellent grilled octopus at a restaurant only 5 min away from th apartment. It's a 15 walk to Old Town via the promenade. Also the breakfast is great!
