Loved Bay of Kotor. Comfortable, well designed space, stunning view, excellent location, quiet area even though it's next to the road, not too touristy, great restaurants nearbye, very near beach- short walk down the road, nicest hostesses ever, spotless, brand new place-built 1 month ago, solid construction, comfortable, secure, friendly people all around, stunning mountains, sea, fabulous places to explore: take a boat tour in the Bay of Kotor, visit the old walled in city, dine out at Splend.
all reviews » What I liked was the quiet atmosphere in the neighbourhood, although the hotel is situated not far away from Kotor and from Perast, which are both easily accessible by car. There is a small and lovely beach in only 3 minutes walk distance, which I found much better than lots of official beach areas. The hosts are really friendly. In case we should visit Montenegro again, this place will be our first choice. The staff was extremly helpfull, kind and friendly. If you need anything, you can just ask and they will help. If you want some fresh juice or water, they will give it to you for free. When we checked-out at 6 o'clock at the morning, they drove us to the airport and didnt take money because their moto seemed to be "we do it for like, not for money" The location and accomodation were perfect. Never met such friendly people, they couldn't do enough to help us. One owner made us cakes through our stay, they gave us lifts into town, took us to the bus station seriously early when we left etc. Unbelievable views from the balcony, and fantastically well-equipped apartment, in absolutely pristine condition. Hate to be too complimentary, and I couldn't be. They were wonderful! If/when I return - it's a definite - however, my good rating may make it more difficult to book, the next time. Very clean, modern, comfortable, friendly. Located far north edge of Dubrota-10 min. to Old Town. Views terrific. Parking too. Quite place (although you can hear the cars from the terrace) and nice owners. The apartment is really nice and luxury. The air condition is noiseless and there is one on the room and one on the living-room. Nice terrace to have dinner or have a drink in the evening or at night. Absolutely amazing place! Breathtaking views from balcony in luxorius hotel and short walk to beach made this place feel like heaven. Small hotel is owned by a family so welcoming and nice, that staying in this hotel feels more like staying as a family guest than a customer. Our stay in Apartments Djuranovic was most memorable. Our hostess was fabulous and we would have no hesitation making a return visit to the apartments. It was the most comfortable accommodation we stayed in during our trip in the Balkans. great apartments off the beaten path and away from the crowds of Kotor. the apartments are a very short walk from the Bay with many great restaurants nearby. owners are very nice and quite helpful with transportation logistics. Lovely views of the bay. Very clean and well kept apartments and garden (best kept garden we saw all trip long). Friendly and helpful staff could not do enough for guests. An easy stroll to the beach front. Exceptionally hospitable and very comfortable apartments with all you need (even with bath robes). Small beach with cafes and beds for rent is 3 min down across the road. Kotor is 10 min and 7 euro taxi ride. Really lovely owners, great location just 2 minutes from the beach and some lovely restaurants. It's super quiet, but still close to the Old Town of Kotor which is anything but quiet in the evenings. Really lovely owners, only a few minutes walk to swim at a beautiful spot in the bay, great view, all the facilities that you would need. Highly recommend!. We like all: design room, freindly mistresses, location, not too much people around, good weather ). New, nicely furnished very clean apartment with beautiful sea view from the window. Brand new apartment with quality finishes and great service from owner. Great friendly staff, immaculate apartment with all the amenities. Pillows were a bit too hard. Everything else was beyond perfect. We cant find any disadvantages. Two levels of steps to reach apt. so one must be in good condition for climbing. Hotel is quite far from the old town (4 km), but luckily taxis were very cheap. Sun bathing is a little difficult as sun loungers are generally privately owned and the beach is all stones and pebbles. a little difficult to find at first (addresses are little non-specific in Kotor) and about a 2 mile walk to get into Kotor (but easily managed on rental bikes!). For self catering accommodation the facilities is minimal. No microwave, no iron, no coffee maker, no dishwasher, no freezer (bar fridge only). Also, there's a washing machine, but nowhere to hang clothes (balcony railings maybe?). The apartments are very neat and luxurious. If you're travelling with small kids you'll have to watch them!. Difficult to find as there are no signs to say they are the apartments. If you print the Booking confirmation, there is a picture of the apartments and you have to go from this. Location too close to the road. There is no any beach in the walking distance. Nothing. Spiral stairs a bit tricky to bring up luggage and ac was not working too well.
