  Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes.   We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the comforts offered. The breakfast buffet was more like a mid-day meal there was so much choice. There are principly three restaurants offering a large selection. The rooms are large with ensuite bath and shower facilities. There are always staff on hand to help or guide. The Monorail is a 5 minute walk ... what people say » and takes you to the centre. - The staff in Sheraton is just amazing, a front desk agent who remembers your name upon arrival (I visit the hotel last in July 2013) and they treat you as a human and you can feel it’s a sincere and honest way, rather than the “I have to do” attitude because "I am told to do". Rao and Nick on the front desk are just excellent and very professional. Keep it up…

  A superior hotel. Staff are friendly,speak English and are a cheerful and respectful lot. The kl hilton is in the middle of kl. It has the main rail station at the door..convenient to go to a lot of places!! A very good price for the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Food and drink are not cheap (but not too bad) at the hotel...a pint of beer = 50 MYR-Malay ringgit which is about $15 usd/aud each - I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals. Have stayed a few times now and will always be my go to for short stays in KL, not located centally to Petronis Towers etc but public transport at your doorstep and is right on the extensive KL park netw
