Basically they all are very nice. the rooms are also very very comfortable and these are the reasons why i have been going back to Empire so often. Great location, with 2 major shopping malls. Love the breakfast. Nothing exceptional, but food quality/taste is great, which is important to me. Separation of living area and bed area. Choice of TV channels and movie programs. Free wifi and internet connections. Smooth checkout process. Location near to shopping malls and the interior of the room we stay in was prefect. Breakfast is nice with many option and friendly staffs. Convenient and safe car park facilities, clean spacious room. Having a mall (with good restaurants) within same building is very nice too!. The bathroom door could not be locked, the bolt was missing, and it could not be repaired, only that spoilt our stay. Shower area are very slippery because it's not the non-slip kind. TV channels are very limited. No movie channel. Elevators/Lift are very slow. Transparent bathroom wall. slow check in(I have to wait almost 20min) and I didn't get the nice view from what I requested during booking. Lift intervals. Sharing 2 elevators for hotel, rooms and car park, really isn't enough. I verified my ticket but ended up have to pay for parking ticket. I had a bad experience with their A/C unit and I had to change 2 rooms because of that. I did not feel any comfort there because I coudn't sleep well due to the A/C problems. I was calling the reception many times to fix it and they sent the maintenance many times fixing the problem but it comes back again in couple of hours. if that problems wouldn't be there. then I would say it's all good. Wifi Lift. too little lifts: long wait wifi a bit slow. Boring breakfast. Breakfast spread. attention of staff in the restaurant could be improved by training (e.g. breakfast: 5-6 staff running around, but aren't aware of customer needs by own attention). Wish Deluxe room can be upgrade with bathtub. We stayed in the family suite on the 8th floor. The loud music at night (from downstairs and till almost 2am) kept our baby up. The lifts! The wait was terrible. It kept skipping our level. We waited 3 times for the lift to come and then past us by. We ended up using a service lft. The room is fall short of a 4-star standard, by which means that the hotel doesn't provide proper amenities such as stainless steel utensils (in fact only plastic spoons provided), no tea table and in addition, the hotel assumes the provision of room amenities is for one person only (when in fact the online booking has registered the number of persons to be checked in for a given room). In this respect, it shows that the hotel has failed to give attention to the specific needs of its guests. TV was not working. Although repeated calls to the front desk were made nothing was done. Newspaper was not delivered to the room although one was requested for night before. poor room maintenance dust all over the bedroom in hide corners and over the bed post (months that has not been dusted) corner rooms are noisy because of the highway. 1) Hotel maintenance staff should have made sure all lights in the room are functioning . Better lightings / brightness in all rooms and living area . 2) Toilet hangers are tightened . 3) TVs in all rooms . 4) Unable to access to wifi & internet . Should make these easily available without asking/requesting . 5) Special reserved parkings for hotel guests . 6) Better choices / food for b'fast . The inaccurate check in, with other guess luggage in the room, take long time for room exchange! Plenty of time wasted. The lift were so slow... Easily 3-5 minutes waititng time!! Housekeeping not up to the 4 star standard, even 2 star hotel did better housekeeping... Very noisy beside railway and motorway. Pour internet connection. The hotel is too near to the railway line, mosque and highway. it gets really noisy during night time and early morning. Please improve the sound proof of the wall and windows. Hotel is badly sign posted from outside. Entrance is unassuming. Lack of home comfort in room. Breakfast lacks variety. Bedside light switches confusing. Cups in room dirty. Bathroom had no soap dish. Wifi coverage in room was erratic. Lack of hotel information in room. Lifts are slow and insufficient. L3 which we stayed is a smoking level and we asked for non-smoking. accessibility to room or lobby. lift shutdown after 10pm. Limited TV programme,not worth,poor wifi. Late check in 2.30 pm cafeteria service need to improve. Booked under booking.co. They give room number 0313 which is worst view same level with shopping complex rooftop with the door could not be open by their card reader. Everytime I am going out and coming back need front desk staff to open the door for me, very troubled. Lift to hotel lobby Parking nearby hotel lift always full. The lift service have to imporove. Due to some cases we have to wait more then 5 minute. too expensive for the standard, compared to others too noisy till late evening. food, parking facility. The room, the flys, the decor in the room. That I asked for non smoking and it smelled of smoke, things didn't work, the rain ce through the window- badly! Not a good hotel!.
