Good clean &comfortable hotel Nice swimming pool Helpful staff I recommend it for family Honest staff i forgot my mobile in the room when i checked out & when i called the hotel the told they found my mobile I really appreciate that. Good location, rain shower, newly refurbished wing, clean pools, helpful staff (most of them), excellent buffet food choices. The staff were very helpful and efficient. Will definitely book again on my next trip. A big thank you to the see taff.

Room, lounge, service, staff. cleanliness,hygenic. Rooms were well appointed and only recently upgraded. Suites perfect for a family with small kids for a couple of nights. The lady night manager was very courteous during check in. Newly refurbished room. It was very excellent hotel and very calm. The bed. just so so, nothing to say. Ideal located. Clean. Wi fi requir improvment. We were put on the club floor, but were denied access to premier lounge facilities. Any airline that has ever upgraded me never denied me privileges associated with first class, so I was a bit annoyed. Need to repaint again the building for good perception to customer.to provide parking in basement. Hotel staff over the counter could be less courteous at times. Only one breakfast voucher provided. The drinks were very expensive. It was a long way from city centre. I could not find a coffe shop to have snacks or a breakfast/brunch after 10.30 am. Minibar was empty, need to ask for it. i can not comment on this. Lobby and outside need upgrading. Bar shut before 23:30 on the Sunday night. Concierge mistaken thought I came for an interview because I was holding a laptop (?). Didn't apologize for the wrong assumption. Customer service in that aspect a bit of a failure. Far from Kuala Lampur city center. The price is too high for a Deluxe Room. Need to be revised for next stay. 1.cleaning not very well. 2. without any Specialty or Snacks in room. No roofing parking because it rain on that day 14/09/13. The room not too lighted, quite dark. wrong key given during check in, check out date wrongly keyed into system, which disable the room key automatically unusual ladies roaming on room floor level/ lift area. Make to pay for Wifi, but did nit work well. Keep on losing signal. Divan well torn and urgly sight.
