The room, the staff, the facilities, the fact that it has a mall attached to it, the breakfast spread...everything! But just to highlight that the gym closes at 6pm daily. The excellent reception, bagages, restaurant very smillly. The room is big and clean. It is also strategically located, very convenient. i can go shopping at anytime because of its strategic location.
all reviews » easy to shopping. Convenience to shopping mall. Connecting room (request made upon booking) was not available upon check-in, but then made available after the first night. Appreciate hotel staff's attentiveness in meeting our request.The most amazing thing is that Mega Mall is attached to the hotel whichsaves time and effort in case guyests needed some grocery or resturants.Note also, that China Town is a 10-min ride by taxi. I can go shopping whenever I like. Its so convenient.convenient to the shopping mall and food cntre. Hotel location good hotel clean. comfort. location and comfortable. cleanliness. Nice Location, suitable for young couple or family trip. But the buffet breakfast didn't change everyday......Excellent location for a trip shopping trip, everything under one roof.Breakfast was good. it is in the middle of shopping mall. location. door step to shopping outlets.Nearest to shopping mall. If i have to say anything, it would be the check-out queue. I had to wait for a good while before being served because there were just 2 personnel at the counter. But when i got served, it was with smiles and politeness! So not much complaint there, but if they could improve this, everything would be just perfect!. the lobby is too simple, not attractive enough. Change the whole set.give extra touch on the colours and materials used. Traffic congestion towards entrance.Dicoration needs to be renewoed. The morning breakfast food should be kept warm instead of cold and the pastry and cakes taste stale and dry. exclusion of complimentary internet access. no parking lots available, only one-off reimbursement for parkng fees was given. the hotel should offer reimbursement for each entry to the parking area to in house guest.No clear signboard showing direction to the hotel from the car park. I book for connecting room, one room is ready,but the other room need to wait for 45 minutes,when check with operator, then only pass us the room, quite bad is the room haven't been clean up yet, luckly we have one room for us to rest to wait until it ready.the price is little bit high compare to the room size and facility, the lift waiting time is too lengthy.
