A very unpleasent experience I encountered when I returned back to the hotel at 0120 hrs, the hotel carpark entrance was errected with hoardings and unmanned with a signboard, (carpark full). However the right hand side entrance to the shopping mall was opened. I drove in and parked my car. Upon checking out, the hotel could not waive the parking fee for their hotel guests. It is horrendous.Some of the facilitites in the room was not well maintain. Late check in (room not ready) but early check out (no extension of time to 2:00pm). Yes, The check in counter is not enough, we have to queue up and waited for long time to be attended. The bell service should provide proper information for travellers who dont want to use taxi. I found that the bell service were not providing the correct information on providing routes via bus or train to popular destinations as taxi is quite expensive. The TV channels were not coming properly and there is no english international news channel. traffic jam. Should put minifridge at th eroom. shower room a bit small. traffic jams in front of hotel, delay getting into hotel. the carpark in front of lobby is very teribble and need to improve. Why is the corporate rates ( eg from the insurance companies) similar to those book online via other 3party associates of your hotel?. Que up for breakfast, and it was mainly for the asian guests. No cheese,yoghurt and only apricot jam. We were not informed of ongoing renovation works, and had a horrible stay, not being able to get any rest due to the knocking and drilling, untill we complained and we got shifted to another room, at 6pm the next day.the space of hotel. we've been put to smoking room though i think i've specified for a smoking room. slow check-in/check-out process.internet was not free. no supply of water to the toilet. I checked in around 6pm and gave instruction that an English papers be delivered to me the following morning. However, the next morning the papers was not delivered and I was told that I had checked in late so I had to go to the bell boy counter to get my newspapers! Traffic flow was poor during my stay and there was inadequate parking bays for cars. I had to wait in a queue for sometime. the room is quite small however by looking at the location. i cannot expect too much. during check in, the staff need to take so long for processing. i have to keep on waiting at the counter.The facilities provided is really too basic especially toiletries. no swimming pool , no other entertainment facility offered by hotel. I indicated that I needed a non-smoking room but during check-in we were asked to wait 1.5 hours for it despite explaining that I am expecting and that a non-smoking room is a neccessity for me. We finally checked into the hotel at almost 6pm. Furthermore, there are no swimming pool and gym facilities, and access to these facilities are chargable at an exhorbitant rate (not under the hotel). very poor service and bad experience during renovation. 1.main counter customer services (reception) very bad 2.room very small.
