  Very central location, very helpful friendly front desk staffs,just to name a few-Grace,Susan,Kim.....We just finished our tour from Thaland,Singapore and West Malaysia,this hotel room by far was the best. Almost forgot to mention that we did'nt know how to use the room safe, so I called and within a minute a - I stayed at Horizon for 3days during my holiday to Sabah recently..There's nothing we dont like about this hotel, our stay was worth it..I Wish we could stay a bit longer at Horizon..The view is breathtaking, the staff is very helpfull, we get our room (with sea view) as per requested in the booking and they even upgrade our room to deluxe king as i've mention in my booking that we were travelling with our baby and it's foc..i will surely stay at this hotel for our next visit to Sabah..This hot

  I liked the spacious rooms with pleasant views of the green forest and the friendly and helpful staff. The General Manager was approachable and she was very friendly. We were not charged for an extended check out as we found out when it came to settle our bill.   Even though it is an apartment but they do daily housekeeping which I do not get when renting apartments in other places.   A lot of thanks dedicated to the staff. When the time of our visit about 3days ago,one of the staff wilingly to guide us since we unable to find the place. Even though its late almost 10.30pm and wet with the rained, he came by walked together with the umbrella and fetch us to the hotel. A moment that never be forgotten. Next to a market, a shopping center, and ocean side restaurants. The staff was also friendly and they had their own tour operator in the lobby who offered a great number of tours for prices lower than what I saw offered at many offices.
