A lot of thanks dedicated to the staff. When the time of our visit about 3days ago,one of the staff wilingly to guide us since we unable to find the place. Even though its late almost 10.30pm and wet with the rained, he came by walked together with the umbrella and fetch us to the hotel. A moment that never be forgotten. A side,the hotel located in centre and nearby to other visitor's attraction ie philippine market n etc.
all reviews » The location was very safe and convenient. Next to a market, a shopping center, and ocean side restaurants. The staff was also friendly and they had their own tour operator in the lobby who offered a great number of tours for prices lower than what I saw offered at many offices. Location is very good. Since we're on a budget trip which includes the hotel which we got it cheap, I didn't expect too much but I was surprised to have a big room with comfortable beds, an electric kettle with free coffee and tea which I enjoyed for my morning breakfast!. Location of the hotel near or walking distance to major tourist attraction such as handicraft market, philipine market, KK Waterfront and local food stall. Simple and beautiful room. Comfortable and good access to food, transport, shopping mall, spa, pasar filipina etc. My room been upgraded to family room at same cost. Perfect location. Price is good. POSITIVE 1.Clean, well maintained room with wifi internet access, tea/coffee making facility and relatively modern bathroom. The hotel was situated within a City Shopping Mall, close to the Esplanade, City Centre, restaurants, banks etc. The room was small but comfortable. The staff are not that friendly and a staff was even charging me again for the room when we're checking out. I told him that I already paid it thru my credit card upon booking. He said that it was just a reservation but I insisted that I'm paid. It was good that my Bank sent me a text that very moment thanking me for staying at Le Hotel and using my credit card which I showed him. So beware, you might end up paying again!. Water bidet was leaking even after changing with new bidet. Poor service. Has to carry my heavy luggages by myself. No at this time. Nnot enought toiletries and poor internet connection in Family room..need to modernised bathroom door.. room a bit small. Bad service and wifi. No parking. NEGATIVE 1. Very small room, no desk - still value for money for a budget hotel. 2. Highly demanded, must book in advance. 3.Door of bathroom requires adjustment in order to close properly. . The hotel does not have a car park, for those who own cars or rented one, it's a nightmare to find a parking spot, esp during office hours! The Hotel entrance is via a back street and poorly Sign posted. the stairs to the lifts. we were traveling with some elderly couples. thus it was a struggle for them to climb the short stairs. Very small room for that price paid. the small room no window make me suffocate. Massages everywhere. A lot of guys are there distributing brochures esp during the night. It's not convenient for girls. Quite annoying and dangerous. Bed bugs!. Small rooms. the room is small and i have booked the room with seaview but there is no seaview at all. the bathroom doesn't have much room and therefore didnt use the shower. the shower and toilet are in the bathroom while the sink is in the bedroom area next to our bed. The wifi was horrible, the staff could barely understand us and the room we were give was dirty. Sea view was pitiful. wifi not working for 3 days even though complaint had been made. Bad internet connection. Window in bathroom wouldn't shut, attacked by mosquitos. Very small rooms. Feels old and worn out. Small room. Booked 2 standard seaview, only got 1 room. Seaview? Open your window and look left..naah..now you got seaview.. Noisy and dirty room. Room too small; wash basin jammed; shower head broken; no wifi on level 2. Bed cleanness let you worry,suitable for backpackers.not for family. Be careful of using credit card to make payment! Firstly I swiped my VISA credit card twice, and the front desk told me both transactions were declined, so I have to use my MasterCard to pay finally. However, my credit card statement shows my VISA credit card was charged twice. I wrote to the Hotel for the problem, no respond. I hope the hotel did not defraud on me, and solve the issue soon.
