This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Previously it's known as Myne Hotel. Located within Warisan Square where you can find everything here. Centerpoint is just beside this hotel and Waterfront just a 5 minutes walk from hotel. staffs are very helpful and friendly. Room are comfy and clean. The most important thing is the strategic location. Location is nearby to local market, handicraft centre and restaurants. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

Choose to stay celyn city cause budget and locate at town area. Clean and comfortable for short stay~. Facilities, location and price. Strategic location of the hotel allows you to walk to many places nearby, saving alot on taxi expenses. Fillipino market, Welcome Seafood Restaurant and kopitiams are within walking distance. Staffs are friendly. Friendly staff, great location (walking distance to Centrepoint and Warisan Square). I like that the hotel is located at the center of the city... No breakfast included & limited tv channels. slow check in, sometimes only one staff at counter. The lift is actually not located on ground floor, you will need to use staircase to reach the lift which is a bit not convenient for the travellers who has a lot of bags. The facility is lack such as no in rooom dining service. Please improve toilet cleaness. Staff Behavior. During our 2 night stays, first room's toilet does not have enough water supply for shower in the morning. So, we requested for another room. The 2nd room had air-con problem as it was blowing warm air. Lights are dim and not bright enough. The airconditioning in our room was not working properly, it too warm even though we set to be at 17 degrees Celsius. The walls are paper thin, we could hear other guests chattering and slamming doors, as well as outside traffic. You have to go up a small flight of stairs in order to access the lift, which might be a problem for travellers with a lot of luggage. The room is small but for its price it's still reasonable. Reception was in one building, the room in another - to get there, I had to, late at night, walk through a deserted shopping centre and up some dark and gloomy stairs. The door to my corridor was not locked and anybody could have walked in off the street - there was no hotel staff in my building. Noisy. The room we stayed a bit smelly. Requested for a morning call but the staff did not proceed. next time won't select this hotel again.
