I like the location. It is very conveniently located and the shopping complex is just across the street. There are two 24 hour convenience stores located right beside the hotel. No problem looking for food. It also a walking distance to the evening fresh food grocery market. The wifi in the room was fantastic! Staff was very helpful. Very fast check in and check out. It gest booked up very fast. So be sure to reserve your rooms in advance.
all reviews » Located at the heart of KK, right across the street from Centre point Sabah. There was a spa place right next to the hotel and that's also what I liked about this hotel. The facility is quite modern and well-maintained and the staffs were pretty friendly. Definitely value for money!. very good location. Next to warisan square which has plenty of shops, souveniers, massage place. Also near to Night market n gaya street. There is also a free shuttle to 1 Borneo at the back of Warisan Square. Clean n good location. Check in hassle free. Location of the hotel is great Room was spacious and clean Buffet breakfast was great and location of the restaurant (11th floor) with the view to the see was nice. Wi-fi is free Staff was polite and check-in/check-out/room service worked smoothly. The clean room and the easy access to shopping complexes and places of interest such as the Bazzar Philippine and pasar malam. The staffs are friendly and helpful and the car parks are accessible through the hotel lifts,. Good hotel, helpfull staff, nice and cosy room. Breakfast is good too, mix of local and European food. Don't come after 10am to enjoy it. You can't have a better location for this city. Plus every taxi driver knows it. Our room was more spacious than expected and its cleanliness was super. The breakfast was yummy. Muslim travelers need not bring a prayer mat as it's in every room together with an iron and hair dryer. The location is quite good,quite convenient to central market, china town ect. the restaurant breakfast is very good with many choice and super view to the sea. Staffs are so nice and helpful. hotel is brand new, its close to the city shop, easy way to get the jet point for island tour, easy to find sea food restaurant around hotel. hotel facility and wifi all good. The room is huge with a king size bed. The mattress is comfortable and the design is modern and simple. The bathroom is spacious too with standing big shower, modern basin. Nothing. the housekeeping staff can b a little absent minded. The wifi inside the room not very stable.... Business hotel more than holiday's place. Checking in took 30 mins which for us is too long. The safety box in our room did not work. Wifi is not so stable. they only provide one pair of slippers even we had 2 people. The lobby area is cluster with chairs. It does not give a nice image for walk-in customers. check in process quite slow but satisfied with the rooms given.. nothing. The toilet stuck easily. The a la carte menu was a bit limited and expensive in the restaurant. I wish the room was sea facing but its not. The kitchen smell from the restaurant went down to the lifts area. The wifi system, that we have to keep re-log-in once the phone goes into hybernation mode. The food. Not up to par. Better spread of food needed. To provide HDMI cable when requested. To read customers room requirement through letsbookhotel.com such as a sea view room and confirm with customer of its availability. the room service is sometimes not in time. We had to ask reception for the service. The air conditioner is not so good. I felt hot. And the blanket I use last time have stains on them. Didn't bother to get it change cos I don't need them at night time since I can't felt the air conditioner.tried several time for room service but failed. smoking room area at least they sprayed freshener along the corridor. Standard room has no window which was not specified. No pool. no swimming pool for children. Some taxi drivers still know it as Imperial International, and it is still listed by that name on tourist maps. Also, the carpets in the hall should be updated, and the lighting in the hall could be brighter. My room is nonsmoking but it smell cigarattes all the time. The housekeeping does not change the linen everyday evethought I make the note. My room havent ready eventhought I chek in at 6.30pm. Not clean enough, some dust found. My room has no view at all, facing inner building with windows only. no alternative guess elevator. no. toilet is leaking, overall not very clean. nothing. view form the room window. Too crowded. Buffet breakfast was so so. Not applicable. Carpet in the hotel, especially rooms and aisles was not always clean. Nothing really negative about this hotel. The choice and taste of the breakfast are not up to standard. The dining waitress looks shorthanded. The entrance lobby doesn't look impressive. The staff was not helpful at all. The shopping malls surrounding are are small and an old mall. we like being away to enjoy peace & quiet. - No Door Bell. Breakfast was quite average, staff was courteous but not very prompt, rooms and facilities are pretty tired and in need of refreshment. no pool. Had to wait over an hour to check In as room wasn't ready till Half 4pm.
