Cleanliness and comforr level is awesome. Best for young group travellers and even for business. Location is strategic and located BEST in the heart of KK. In addition, the room not have any coffee or tea for customer. It is so bad because the maid knocked my door in the morning during my sleeping in order to clean the room that time. Why not they are not . The hospitality shown by the staff. The quiet atmosphere in the hotel not too many people moving in and out although it was fully booked. The service was fast. Breakfast area is too small, while eating beggers were knocking the glass asking for money. 2.We were staying 4 days 3 nights, on the 2nd. day of our stay the room were not attended and towels were not change. The breakfast was not in proper!. No minbar in room. The location is ok, yet the surroundings not very invitating: busy and noisy street, smelly containers etc. The room was small although was deluxe. The one from the picture is superior. Small room, breakfast, smoking. The aircond always on trouble. Twin room too compact and old. Towel torn. Aircon leaking. Air-conditioner was not working properly. Only 1 stick of coffee left and no creamer and sugar. Couln't get phone to connect to reception and there was no directions available. Door lock appears to be malaligned so latch couldn't click through fully. General lack of attention to detail in terms of maintenance of the property. I didn't bother to complain since was only staying overnight. Breakfast is worse. The aircon is not cold at all. Not like a three star hotel.
