  The staff were extremely helpful i.e. reception organised a n early evening glass bottom boat trip last minute for us. Within 30 minutes of our query we were on the boat! All staff were friendly and helpful,especially in the restaurant as we had a small child with us.   You are welcomed by smiles and a happy greeting, a joke and playful eyes. The staff of the hotel, including the manager, are amazing. I chose the hotel after reading reviews here and decided to share my views. I have to say that the people of this establishment make up for everything. The room itself was spacious, clean with plenty of storage. The - WOW! The owners and staff at this place provide a 5-star service! We're travelers who are used to basic conditions and this place was almost luxurious for us :) still with a low price tag :) Great value for money, rooms are huge and nice. Breakfast has a big selection of fresh and tasty food. It was a great place to relax after hiking in Petra and Wadi Rum for over a week. Very good location. Definitely can recommend going to the Berenice Beach, just don't forget your snorkeling mask! :)

  staff were friendly and helpful, free shuttle bus in and out of city, great location, right on the beach and choice of lovely swimming pools if the beach isn't your thing. There was a huge choice at the breakfast buffet, but get there early as it gets pretty crowded as the morning goes on. Excellent breakfast, a wide variety of different food. The resort is about 20 minutes drive away from the city. A free shuttle bus runs to Aqaba center and back several times a day and once late in the evening.

Hotel It is a place for passive rest for elderly people. - Rooms were nice and pool was great. They gave me the room key to keep as a souvenir at check out that I thought was a very nice touch

  Most of all great, professional and very friendly staff. Good facilities, great view from the roof and family atmosphere. Place is very peaceful as it is few kilometers out of Aqaba city which we reallly liked as most of good diving and snorkeling spots seems to be located in this area, but you have to remember that it means no shops etc. - there ... what people say » is a reasonable priced restaurant on place, you can also buy water and soft drinks. It's a little bit far from the beach (aprox. 10 minutes walk) but - Everything!!!!! Very clean, the most amazing and helpful staff one could hope for. Very clean room. The restaurant food was excellent and fair price. Location is amazing if you like snorkeling in the Red Sea. I must personally mention the names of Corinna & Obada. Corrina is the most amazing and easy going Austrian lady that will help you with any question. Obada is an excellent, professional, and safe dive guide that I feel is the best I've ever had.

  Great hotel with lovely staff. We were immediately upgraded as a cause of our room not being ready at arrival. Great beds and very good sound isolation, you couldn't hear a thing from outside or from the neighbors. Lovely beach as well. A big plus is also the shuttle bus that goes several times a day to the other Mövenpick in Tala Bay. - What did... what people say » we like? In a word... Everything! We were met with glasses of cold juice on arrival and told that we had been upgraded to a suite. The rooms and facility were immaculate, and the complimentary breakfast was overwhelming in terms of choices. What impressed us most was the value for the money. We will definitely be back!

  Really liked this hotel ( but then we had been camping for the previous nights!) and we were lucky enough to get an upgrade to our room so it was massive. The room (I was upgraded to a juniors suit sea-view) was very spacious and with a huge bathroom and a separate sitting room. The king-size bed was just great. The reception i - Very nice hotel, with all the facilities you need. Pool is superb, beach is lovely. Staff is friendly; many people from the Philipines. Minibar is inclusive in the room rate (great), as well as the use of the sauna and steam room. Food is quite expensive, and there are not many alternatives (other than the other resorts nearby). We had dinner twice in Aqaba (Captains dinner and Ali Baba) and both meals were very nice (and much cheaper!)
