The hotel is located in Tala Bay with its own private beach (so you can avoid the public beach) and dive club. Therefore it is possible that you totally avoid Aqaba city, and just stay here to enjoy the water sport and beach-front comfort. The private dive club - Sinai Dive was what I came for. It wasn't the best dive club I've been, but it's very convenient. The price of the dive club was very reasonable, even compare with the other dive clubs in the Aqaba city. all reviews » The location is superb, right on the Red Sea, so one can swim into coral reefs within seconds of entering the water. The buffet for breakfast and dinner are superb, wonderful variety of food , all of great quality. The smiles of the waitresses are particularly memorable and really made everyone feel cheerful and happy. The room was huge , with wonderful space to spread out and relax. The hotel is perfect for kids and families...with lots of pool and kids area that is very safe for kids... Also the daily events that encourge families to engage more... Food is excellent and lots of options to pick from...staff is service oriented.. I enjoyed the stay and would repeat it again. It is a little pricey, BUT the value for money is pretty good. Cleaniness of the room need more efforts My pillow smells cigrattes in non smoking room...we came in high occupancy so this might be fixed in better seasons. The Italian restaurant prices are very expensive; I think they charge too much because there is no option nearby from another restaurant outside the hotel; and the food is not so good for how much they charge. Only one heated pool in January + a million kid = we swam in the cold pools. But it was fun :). The check-in experience was ok - but could be easily improved. The hotel can seem a bit crowded. Food options are somewhat limited considering you are far from the city. The air conditioning system was too loud and noisy, WI FI should be available and inclusive in room rate. * Room door key had to be re-activated 3 times over 2 days stay. * TV remote control was not freindly user. if you dont come with your own car take in codideration that the hotel is out of the city.there is an hotel shuttel but it runs only few times and it might take time to get one. a ride to the city costs 20 jd=20euro more or less. The toilet smell was really bad, even after cleaning. - loud local Music every night (choose a room far away from the bar) - the beach is often very windy - many local families at Weekends coming from Amman and fill up the place. Music at the terrace at night. my room was very far from the poolside. and the restaurants are very expensive. House keeping late response and they don't set most personnel stuff during arranging the rooms, I had to request each time. No internet coverage except the lobby. rooms. No one answered my phone while attempting to make reservations ,or showed knowledge in the rooms offered,which is not clear in the website. Beach , some stones on it. the beach was full of stones not sandy which made it hard to swim in. I don't like the misunderstand of the my booking as family and the actual booking as couple only. hotel too busy. too many loud and screaming kids in pools. silly parents holding infants right at bottom of slide where it is extremely dangerous. life guards were trying to control the situation but overcome by sheer numbers. One staff in the reception counter named Yousef was rude and indifferent in dealing with us. The rest of my stay was uneventful. the room and beach level of cleaning the net is chargeable. I had reserved a room with pay later on 16 Oct. but after 2 days they deduct the money directly. Before 3 days of the reservation date, I cancelled the reservation and requested to return the money. Until now I did not receive any confirmation of the returns of money. I request to return my money. Food was not as I expected. All pools are same concept.
