  Maria Elisabetta and Rodolfo are a wonderful young couple who take great care of their guests. The location of the Residenza is perfect (next to San Marco but away from the crowd, and not far away from the Castello area where the Biennale takes place and where there are plenty of great authentic restaurants). We stayed in the Artist room which was neat, quiet and very clean, with a lovely view over the canal. The - In one word - Excellent. Location - perfect (near San Marco square, but on the small quiet street). Room - clean and cozy. Bathroom - big, light and clean, clean and clean (hairdryer, toiletries, towels are included). Breakfast - very good (choice of yoghurts, meat, cheese, bread, jam, juice, coffee, tea, etc.) Owner - intelligent, polite and friendly person with great sense of humor. All together this will make your stay in this hotel perfect.

  We stayed at this hotel during our honeymoon and it was perfect. We stayed in the superior room. The room is very big. It has two floors with bed n the second floor. This was the best hotel during our stay in Italy. We recom - Super close to Plaza San Marco, provided maps to easily find the hotel in such a maze of a city. The hotel smelled wonderfully, always clean, modern and homey type feel to it. The staff were super attentive and helpful to all our needs, making suggestions which were very helpful. The breakfast was great!!!! Unexcpected and delicious, there is great wifi in the room. The hotel is just simply beautiful, modern but very comfortable

  We were very happy with Locanda Leon Bianco. The location was very central, ideal for our 2 night stay. The room was clean, tidy, nice decor and well appointed and very spacious. The entire fac - This is a wonderful B&B on the main walk from the train station. The sister's who own the property are very friendly and helpful. Although you are on a main street the windows are totally sound proof so unless you open them the room is really silent. It is easy to find if you take the Vaporetta to S.
