The hotel room overlooked the lagoon and had two small balconies. It was a few minutes from the water bus stop so easy to find on arrival and also close to St Marks square. The hotel reception and staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room was spotless. Breakfast was very substantial and the stay was thoroughly enjoyable. Our family room #301 was very comfortable and it had a fantastic view of the Grand Canal. The hotel was close to everything and it was very easy to find. We wish we would have stayed for two nights.The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was the usual cold meats and breads.

The wash room needs to have shower curtains. The terrace didn't have privacy, which was supposed to share with next room. It should make the split wall between the terrace which doesn't allow to see each other's room. The bath tub didn't have a bath curtain, so the water spills on the floor.
