  I asked for a quite room which I got. The breakfast was fantastic, hot and great choice. The bar staff very friendly and reception very polite and helpful - Leisure centre was a big plus. All staff were friendly and helpful,particularly in the Leisure centre. Location in city centre wasexcellent.

  I could have stayed here for days wandering the gardens and castle ruins. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Our room was huge and very comfortable. After reading so many reviews about Des I couldn't wait to finally meet him. He was so accommodating and helpful with everything. A pot of tea and biscuits were served in the garden on arrival which w... what people say » as just what we needed after a long day. Be aware that you will need to drive a minimum of five minutes for dinner. Loved this place. - The Coach House is one of the finest, if not the finest, Bed and Breakfast accommodations we have yet experienced. Dez is the perfect host. We were immediately welcomed like family. Tea was set in the garden, a gorgeous space, and we felt like royalty. The property is part of a medieval castle. You will immediately feel the aura as soon as you drive in. Please do yourself a favor. If you are in or near Waterford, stay at the Coach House.
