At the time of year that I stayed I thought it might be quite noisey, but I was surprised that it was not because some apartment ocupants can be noisey but the security made my stay a pleasent one. Would recomend for a family as the rooms are spacious and there is everything that a family could want there. The most important thing for us was an ability to use a small kitchen to provide for our child with eating problems. The accommodation was too good and too spacious and we could have had a smaller apartment for less money, but it is good value all the same.all reviews »
Everyone had its own seperate bathroom; very spacious, modern and clean apartments against a cheap price. We enjoy being able to cook our own food. This way we can try out localproduce too.The price and the facilities. Cost. It was perfect for what we wanted, great value for money and extremely comfortable. All 3 bedrooms had on suite bathrooms and the rooms were a good size.Thekithchen was up to date and had everything I needed .There was 24hrsecurity so u felt your car and belongings were safe. Well equiped kitchen and spotlessly clean rooms. Each bedroom had en-suite facilities. It was spacious and near facilities suchh as a supermarket.freedom of having a home from home. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly; the rooms were spacious. very roomy. It is wise to have items available toenable users to maintain the kitchen oitems to a high level ofcleaniness.The walls are paper thin and every sound carries through. It felt cold all the walls were white there was no curtains and I wouldnt stay there in the winter time they had those eletric heaters I hate. No washing up liquid or cloths etc for kitchen use when cleaning up after meals. Had to wait a few days for deposit to be returnmed, although i appreciate that it was a bank holiday. Non functioning telephone system caused some problems with communicating with other members of the group. unpredictable key cards. Small matters, would have liked a coffee machine or cafetiere to make fresh coffee. Some basic cleaning materials such as wash-up liquid would have been good also.I know they need fire doors but they were very heavy for children to open and we could hear other doors opening and closing during the night. traffic noise. The hygine was good but the quality of flooring was unattractive and seemed of poor quality. It would be better if shower mats were supplied for stepping out of the shower.. I booked a two bed apartment and got a three bed!. the alarm kept going off and the staff did not know how to silence it. we had to get taxi's to the town. The fact that they had to debit our credit cards in adavance for a deposit was a bit much usually hotels will only take your card number and if there is damage then they debit it. This was causing unecessary transactions on our cards. Obviously student accommadation which was not made appparant on website. Only 3 seats for 4 people. Not in Waterford city, in middle of industrial estate. Supposedly self-catering but no facilities, ie no oven gloves therefore could not use oven. Definately not suitable for young children, mine were unable to open the doors and my daughter slipped coming out of the shower as no shower mats,.

By car: From Dublin (approximately 2.5 - 3 hours), take the N7/N9 from the West of the city and follow the M9/N9 branch for Carlow and Waterford. From Rosslare (approximately 1 hour), follow the N25 for Wexford. Turn left onto the R733, and follow this scenic route through south county Wexford. Cross the Suir estuary by ferry between Ballyhack and Passage East. Follow the signs to Waterford from Passage East. From Cork (2 - 2.5 hours), follow the N25 through Midleton, Youghal, Dungarvan and Kilmeaden. Follow signs for Waterford (N25). From Limerick (2 - 2.5 hours), take the N24 through Tipperary town, Cahir, Clonmel and Carrick On Suir. Follow signs for Waterford N24. After Mooncoin at the junction with N9, turn right to join the N9 and follow signs to Waterford. By ferry: Cork serves ferries to and from Swansea, in Wales, and Roscoff and Le Havre in France. Rosslare serves ferries to and from Pembroke and Fishguard in Wales, and Cherbourg and Roscoff in France. Dunlaoghaire serves ferries to and from Holyhead in Wales. Dublin Port serves ferries to and from Holyhead in Wales. Belfast serves ferries to and from Stranraer in Scotland. Larne serves ferries to and from Cairnryan in Scotland. By train: Ireland is served by a reasonably effective train service, Iarnrod Eireann, whose main drawback is that it operates, primarily, on a hub and spoke system, centred on Dublin city centre. Iarnrod Eireann provide an excellent online interactive timetable and route planner. By bus: Tramore is served by 2 bus services, Rapid Express and Bus Eireann. Both companies offer services between Tramore and Waterford, which connect with services to other parts of the country.
