A great stay here. The staff were brilliant and it was difficult to fault this place in any way. Bang in the centre of town and handy for pubs and restaurants as well as the castle and cathedral. A lovely hotel just a short walk into the town centre. The staff really could not do enough for us, they were probably one of the best hotel staff we have ever experienced. They definitely went beyond what they needed to. The hotel is lovely and clean and modern. The rooms were lovely and big, think we stopped in a deluxe. The breakfast was also very nice. There was a spa but we didn't have time to use it. Highly recommend this hotel - we will definitely be going back!!

I loved the welcome by Betty who immediately made us feel welcome, there was no stress over paying, we were left to settle in and take a lovely relaxing spa bath after being on the go for well over 24 hours. Priceless. Highly recommended. The breakfast was excellent. I would stay there again with complete confidence. Try it, you will love it. Kilkenny is a lovely town well worth a visit as is the Laurels.
