Convenient location. Easy to get to from the airport as shuttle bus stops out side and not to far from the town centre for walking to and from and also in a quite part of the town and the room was also nice and warm even tho the rooms were a bit small and not much space to put your cloths or suit cases 2no.Excellent Central location, within a short walk of Dublin's Central Shopping and Attractions, theatre, etc,on a Main Bus route. location. Centrally located, room was clean and warm, staff were friendly, everything worked in room. Easy to find. There was good wirelessavailable in the lobby. The rooms were clean.Excellent location, relatively quiet. Helpful staff and WIFI excellent, but not available in all rooms. Location and staff were excellent. Also hot and powerful shower, nice enough bed.Staff very good. Proximity to city and transport also good. Continental Breakfast included.the way room was designed. Parking facility. Its location. It was a short walk to the main part of the city and handy for theairport bus. Bed was comfortable and shower was powerful. Reception areawas lovely. They allowed for us to leave our bags at the hotel after wechecked out.breakfast, bed, location, nice and confortable bathroom. clean and tidy. location. This hotel was value for money in a good central position.. the hotel staff were polite and friendly.Location. The kettle and coffee/tea in the rooms, a service not often found in Europe. Well I did like the room and the staff who helped with breakfast. The hotel decoration was lovely. there was a bath!. it was very central .. and quant building. Central location to Dublin city centre. Just a ok hotel nothing exciting. it is in city center. Reasonably priced. Central location. central location. Friendly reception staff. we were initially given a very small room, but then offered larger room at same price after complaining.Good shower Comfortable bed Effective heating system Good sized room.Handy for everything in town centre. Near to airport bus stop and only 5 min walk from downtown; upstairsroom was nice and rather quiet. Dirty shower lilke most in Ireland. Breakfast was expensive - should come in price of room. Room was smallish, but for the price, couldnt complain!. A bit noisy because of traffic. Wireless was not available in the rooms. Heating was on all night was far too hot, bathrooms could do with updating. No lift. Car park was difficult to enter, I had to move cafe next doors bins to get in. Window pain cracked beside bed, rot in timber frame of window. The room was a bit small, no elevator. Only complaint is that before the trip, I e-mailed to get some info regarding check in times and got no response at all.Our original room was tiny and would not have met our expectations. The bathroom was basic and room quite small.poor parking. Shower was poor. Difficulty getting there via roads. There were a couple of things wrong in the room - toilet seat wascracked, light above one of the beds was pulling out of the wall, supplies for the coffee and biscuits were not always available. Therewas not much television programming available. Some extra maintenance would enhance the hotel. The room was tinny.Roooms very small. No lift - to third floor. Few programs at TV.bathroom and the quality of the food in the full irish (10e!!!). Bedroom very small. It hasn´t lift. The hotel doesn't have a lift so be careful if you are assigned to the 3rd floor, because you have to take a lot of steps to get there!. Tv Channels. TV. No hot water in shower. There was no lift and TV channels very basic. Not great value for money - hotel was basically good, but overpriced for what it offered. It was a bit ratty about the edges - holes in walls and ceilings with wires sticking out, windows that rattled with any bit of wind, grunge in the corners of bathrooms, etc. I was very upset as the hotel only had one room for us to stay when Ihad proof of reservation numbers and my friends had to find anotherhotel. This caused alot of stress to my friends and I and we wasted mostof our day trying to sort this out.Noise from the nightclub nextdoor. we had to close our window because of the noise, eventhough it was very hot that night. this was unpleasant. The receptionist was not very friendly. she didn't seem to like her job! Kitchen staff were lovely though over breakfast. There was no lift .. and the car park was very disorganized. Noise of traffic on the main Leeson road. Staffs English language was not very good. the room was very small. door handle and lock was hanging off. The shower was virtually impossible to switch on or off as it was creaky and stiff.Web site advertised off-street parking was available but when I arrived I was told no spaces were available. They only have 3 spaces available but this is clear from the website. electrical work in progress during stay, tv not working. Breakfast was poor - badly cooked and poor quality ingredients. There were exposed electrical wires all over the hotel, including in our room. The TV had very limited number of channels - 2 irish channels and for some reason 2 german channels. Decor was shabby. Paintwork peeling and holes in ceiling. Downstairs room on my second stay was in a deplorable state, window didnot close correctly and therefore room was noisy; no computer withinternet access available.
