Great location, great facilities for a reasonable price, clean. Excellent. Far surpasses value for money. very warm and welcolming hotel. friendly staff. That all the rooms were named after Irish actors and actresses and it had been the site of the Dublin National Theatre. I didn't pick up the historical significance when making the booking.friendly helpful staff. It was in a pretty good location. . . within walking distance of everything. . . and there were cheap places to eat (Subway, Eddie Rocket's, etc.) right across the street. Even more convenient is that a bus stop for the 16a bus (that goes to and from the airport) is located right outside the hotel). The room we were in was clean and comfortable. Good and decently cheap breakfast in the hotel.coffee and tea in the room, it was cool! very good location and good according to priceandquality. Nice hotel with helpful staff. Excellent attached cafe for breakfast. homely and friendly hotel in good location for city centre. The loction was just where we wanted to be.very big and nice room (333). It's central location and charming rooms. It is also walking distance to Grafton Street and the Hairy Lemon Pub. Even better the Route 16 airport bus stops right outside the door, another bargain at only 2 euro each way. We had to go order coffee somewhere so we could nap on their chairs.Our room was very good but friends who had room opposite, were keptawake with a lot of noise from music somewhere well into the earlyhours, about 4 am. Our room was right next to a very noisy pub. It was next to impossible to fall asleep before their closing time of 3AM.no board outside the hotel but just a sticker on the door...not so simple to recognize. Next to a club. Noisy at night. Did not bother me, but if you are a light sleeper or have small children it might be a problem.price could have included breakfast. Sometimes noisy in the morning in the yard cleaning bottles etc. from the club.My key card kept malfunctioning!. Doors would slam shut and you had to be out by 11 am if you wanted your room to be cleaned. I'm on holiday - I sleep in.no breakfast included. the view. The room decor reminds me of a hotel in the US Midwest in the 1960s, modest, very lived in, but comfortable. A little pizzazz wouldn't hurt. There was some noise from the streets until very early in the morning (I stayed on a Saturday night).Breakfast could have been included in the bill. The fire alarm went off twice very late at night with no expanation and the lift did not work. The bus 16A departs from the airpot and stops just in front of the hotel! They could explain this on the site... It's cheaper than that bus from the airport.... Room key failed on several accounts. With this said the staff resolved this quickly after each failure.the noise from the next door club, also we could smell cigarets presumably from people smoking outside of the club downstairs. Lift out of service.very noisy location burger van outside window with his generator running from midnight til 3 am.
