I have stayed in a lot of hotels all around the world, but the staff in this hotel were easily the most professional and friendly that I have encountered. You will realise this from the moment you begin to check in. The extremly helpful reception girl named Catherine. Excellent service.the hotel was so central, the bed was huge, the staff are very nice. The hotel is in an ideal location as it is within walking distance of the retail centre and convenient carparking facilities. The staff were welcoming and the hotel was quiet.
