  The staff were incredibly welcoming, and showed us to our room which was spacious and beautifully decorated. Little touches like the Ipod speakers, the old fashioned bath, view over the courtyard and very comfortable and huge beds made this one of our favorite Irish hotels. All in all, a five star experience. The food was - A wonderful luxury, 5 star hotel that was just great overall. The best place we stayed during our 2 weeks in Ireland. Large, comfortable rooms & bed, great food, attentive staff, with Bart at the front door everything just couldn't be better.

  I asked for all kinds of help and I was always very satisfied - this hotel has very helpful staff and excellent service delivery. I am 56 years old and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The health spa and gym are excellent with great staff so do try them. Indeed I dropped my wallet in the gym and it was at the reception waiting for me. ... what people say » - Loved it. Fabulous views and location, extremely clean and comfortable.The rooms are very well decorated and maintained and the leisure centreis well-run and presented.   Beautiful hotel, the rooms are lovely and you get alot more than you pay for. The Restaurant is quite expensive but it is worth every penny. I have no complaints what so ever. The atmosphere is relaxed and easy going and every detail in the hotel has been finished remarkably.   We recently had a great stay at Kent House. Lorraine & John are the perfect hosts. Lorraine was so helpful with suggestions on where to go and how to get there. Our bed and bathrooms were spacious and breakfast was delicious. We were made to feel part of the family. Our room was generous and light and the bathroom light and bright with good towels. It was the only bedroom on our trip that had a powerboard close to a mirror and a writing table which meant you could plug in your computer, recharge your mobile and use the hair-straightener at the same time!

  Arriving and leaving the staff were very very friendly kind and helpfull. Appartment was very clean with plenty of room with kitchen well supplied, we didnt here any noise from any other appartments any night as the hotel/app' was full at the time.   The service was unbelievable - from the moment you step into the BandB you are made to feel so welcome. The rooms are beyond comfortable and include lots of little touches such as heaters in the bathrooms and pillow-top mattresses on the bed.   Appreciated having Euro plugs in the wall, because I had forgotten myUK/Ireland adapter to charge my phone. Also, very close to the airport-- easy walking distance if you want, but very quick shuttle service aswell, if you have lots of bags. - The convenience of location, the attitude and helpfulness of the staff.
