  The hotel was fabulous, everything was clean and the staff were veryfriendly and helpful. Taxi's were available within minutes (receptionordered them for us and they arrived right outside the door) and it wasonly a short spin into the city centre. - The reception staff were so courteous and helpful, I could not fault anything about the hotel, well ... what people say » done and thanks to all the staff including the breakfast staff, would love to stay again.

  I asked for all kinds of help and I was always very satisfied - this hotel has very helpful staff and excellent service delivery. I am 56 years old and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The health spa and gym are excellent with great staff so do try them. Indeed I dropped my wallet in the gym and it was at the reception waiting for me. ... what people say » - Loved it. Fabulous views and location, extremely clean and comfortable.The rooms are very well decorated and maintained and the leisure centreis well-run and presented. The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful.The food served at the wedding reception was outstanding - 5 star foodand service.   Arriving and leaving the staff were very very friendly kind and helpfull. Appartment was very clean with plenty of room with kitchen well supplied, we didnt here any noise from any other appartments any night as the hotel/app' was full at the time.
