We found the staff very friendly and helpful , we wanted to go for dinner in city so the clerk at reception recommended and booked us a lovely restaurant which was exactly what we were looking for . In general staff were very approachable . staff very friendly and helpful, very close to shopping only 5mins very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The reception staff and porters were extremely plesant and could not do enough for us.

The mini bar is a bit militant... whatever you touch is added to your bill. They insist on a refundable 50 euro deposit after you pay on checking in. the bathrooms dont seem to match the moderness of the bedrooms and the restaurants close very early at the weekends. the bed was uncomfortable . very hard sprung mattress. For the price i paid i would expect to at lease have breakfast included. Met friends who were staying in another hotel and they were not let back to my hotel for a late drink.I would have prefered my room to look outside rather than into the atrium. Not enough variety of menus except for breakfast as it was necessary to eat of the hotel out to enjoy simple traditional Irish food for dinner or lunch.Where were the touches of Cork/Ireland especially in the staff ?. Poor quality breakfast. Beds were uncomfortable. not really; the breakfast is not worth 18 euros, but then you don't have to have it there, as there are plenty of bars nearby. The ensuite had no bath.yes extremely noisy at night. We forgot on the room a pair of men boots on the check-out day and they were not delivered to the lost and found of the hotel. This was very awarked, as we call in to check on the boots on the same day and they did not appeared since. based on that I would not recommend this hotel.shower was broken. The Car Park charge was very steep and not advertised, The breakfast was fair to ok, Good Selection but the Hot food was very poor.
