I asked for all kinds of help and I was always very satisfied - this hotel has very helpful staff and excellent service delivery. I am 56 years old and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The health spa and gym are excellent with great staff so do try them. Indeed I dropped my wallet in the gym and it was at the reception waiting for me. Loved it. Fabulous views and location, extremely clean and comfortable.The rooms are very well decorated and maintained and the leisure centreis well-run and presented. All of the staff were extremely friendly,courteous and polite. This is our 2nd time here and we probbaly wouldnot stay anywhere else in the future.
all reviews » Went for 1 night with work friends, ended up staying in the hotel bar most of the night and was just as good as being in a bar in the city centre but much more comfortable and longer opening hours!. I was very impressed by this city centre hotel. Everything was presented to such a high standard, the staff extremely helpful and the restaurant was to die for.I couldnt fault anything! I would like to have had more time to enjoy the facilities more and make use of the spa and leisure centre but it wasnt possible. the positive and friendly attitude of the staff whose help was exemplary I would like to mention particulary Joseph on reception. He was amazing!. Friendly helpful staff who gave an excellent service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very nice breakfast, relaxed atmosphere.
